A method for manufacturing of an antigene for serological diagnostics of cattle setariosis comprises the selection of pubertal Setaria labitopapillose and their homogenization. The cattle setaria is homogenized, suspensions of homogenized activators are centrifugated with physiological solution and sodium aside is added to prepared suspension.
