PURPOSE: A tailgate hinge apparatus for a vehicle is provided to secure the operation margin interval by preventing the interference with a car panel. CONSTITUTION: A hinge apparatus of tail gate for a vehicle(100) comprises a main bracket(20), a hinge arm(10), and a guide bracket(30) and a guide hinge pin(60). The main bracket is combined in a vehicle panel. The hinge arm is combined with a tailgate and rotates the tailgate of the operation of being rotated to the main bracket. The guide bracket is connected for the hinge arm to be rotated by a hinge pin(70). The guide bracket is combined in the main bracket. The guide hinge pin combines the guide bracket through the guide bracket in the main bracket.
