PURPOSE: A tire for a heavy vehicle with an improved bead part is provided to remarkably improve durability of a bead part by preventing separation, and to reduce costs and working time without performing a rubber topping process. CONSTITUTION: A tire for a heavy vehicle with an improved bead part comprises a bead part(1), a bead filler(3), a carcass(4), and a bead core(2). The bead filler is installed in the top of the bead core. The carcass turns up the bead core and the bead filler. The bead core is formed by integrating multiple bead wires. The core has a 6~10mm width and a 3~5mm height.
