PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a large impact load from acting on the actuator of an actuator unit, built-in articles, or a wearer of a walking assisting device when an obstruction hits the actuator unit of the walking assisting device.

SOLUTION: An outer cover 110L(110R) for covering the outside of the actuator 100L(100R) has shock absorption by elastic deformation.
