<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To see the action of a moving body sequentially without increasing an information amount to transmit and receive through a telecommunication circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal unit B loaded with imaging parts 61-63, and a remote controller C which receives image information captured by the imaging parts 61-63, transmits and receives various kinds of information and has a display part 72 displaying captured images, are connected through the telecommunication circuit. A moving body detection means B1 for detecting the moving body inside a prescribed area on the basis of the images in the area captured by the imaging parts 61-63, a moving body image extraction means for extracting a moving body image including the moving body when the moving body is detected, and an image transmission means B3 for transmitting the moving image and extracted image related information to the remote controller C are disposed in the terminal unit B.
