<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal compressor capable of reducing the mixture ratio of a washing liquid to a fluid by using a required minimum quantity of the washing liquid by evenly distributing the washing liquid over a flow passage of the centrifugal compressor to evenly remove and restrict dirty and thermo-reactive products adhered and deposited to/in the flow passage so as to evenly obtain a cooling effect. <P>SOLUTION: This centrifugal compressor A includes: a casing 1; a rotary shaft 5 supported inside the casing 1; impellers 6 provided in the rotary shaft 5 to compress the fluid E; and a washing liquid injecting device 20 for injecting the washing liquid to the flow passage R formed by the impellers 6 and the casing 1. The washing liquid injecting device 20 includes: first injecting portions 21 for injecting the washing liquid from a plurality of points in the circumferential direction toward clearances between a small-diameter part of the casing 1 and the impellers 6; and second injecting portions 22 for injecting the washing liquid from a plurality of points in the circumferential direction over from an upstream side to a downstream side of the fluid E compressed by the impellers 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
