<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electrode board and a manufacturing method therefor which allows patterning the transparent electrode board, without causing deterioration in the improvement of efficiency of current extraction by a photoelectronic device, using the transparent electrode board. <P>SOLUTION: A peel-off layer 3 is formed on a transparent board 1, and a transparent layer 5 is formed on the peel-off layer 3. A laser light is emitted on the peel-off layer 3 by making the peel-off layer 3 partially volatilize, thus selectively eliminating the transparent layer 5 together with the peel-off layer 3 to pattern the transparent layer 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
