PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high quality display by reducing signal noise such as noise in power source potential caused by a phase difference correction circuit in an electrooptical apparatus such as a liquid crystal display. SOLUTION: In the electrooptical apparatus, first power source wiring (81) includes: a main wire part (810a) extending along the side of a second side of the phase difference correction circuit (108) from a connection terminal (102), detoured on an opposite side to the connection terminal in a data line drive circuit (101), and having a first main wire part (811) formed along a first side on the opposite side to the connection terminal in the data line drive circuit; and a branch wiring part (810b) branched from a side nearer to the connection terminal than the first main wire part in the main wire part and for electrically connecting the phase difference correction circuit to the main wire part.
