PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure capable of highly accurately and quickly installing, replacing, removing and also reusing an interior trim board to a skeleton wall of a building. SOLUTION: A receiving tool 1 is installed on the skeleton wall 2, and a hooking tool 3 is installed on the interior trim board 4, and the interior trim board 4 is basically detachably installed on the skeleton wall 2 by engaging the receiving tool 1 and the hooking tool 3. The receiving tool 1 is formed of a plate-like member, and is formed as a receiving part 5 of a hook receiving shaped of swelling its part.
