PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vane motor type power generation device capable of efficiently converting hydraulic energy to electric energy and miniaturized so that it can be used even in a small space. SOLUTION: A turbine 1 includes: a casing 11 having a suction opening and a discharge opening for fluid; a rotor 12 eccentrically provided in the casing 11 and having a plurality of magnets inside thereof; a vane provided freely to appear and disappear relative to the rotor 12; and a group of coils 17 formed of a plurality of coils arranged to be distributed near each magnetic pole of the plurality of magnets outside the casing 11. The rotor 12 is rotated by receiving a hydraulic pressure difference between a suction opening side and a discharge opening side by the vane, and the density of magnetic flux passing through the group of coils 17 is changed by an alternating magnetic field, which is generated by rotation of the rotor 12, to generate voltage.
