<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive thermistor device which is compact and has high reliability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The positive thermistor device 1 includes a positive thermistor element 5, terminal plates 6A and 6B, and a case 2. The positive thermistor element 5 includes a driving electrode. The terminal plates 6A and 6B come into contact with the driving electrode to supply electric power to the positive thermistor element 5. The case 2 comes into contact with the positive thermistor element 5 and terminal plates 6A and 6B to dissipate driving heat of the positive thermistor element 5.
