PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element and a method of manufacturing the same for easily manufacturing the element in an intended structure by controlling the deterioration of light emitting efficiency caused by the addition of a bridging agent. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescence element includes a pair of electrodes and a plurality of organic layers arranged among the pair of electrodes via the same electrodes. The organic layer in the organic electroluminescence element includes an organic material to form the organic layer and a polymer for polymerizing a polymer compound showing a charge transferring property.
