The battery (B) has a cell (1) i.e. lithium-ion-cell, including a cell housing (3) with a burst disk (9). A burst disk surrounding area retains the burst disk when the cell housing is opened in an area of the burst disk. A component e.g. metallic battery housing or metallic cooling plate (2), made of an electrically conductive material is extended in the surrounding area and electrically insulated in an area of the surrounding area for cooling the battery cell. Pole contacts (6.1, 6.2) of the cell are led by a cell housing cover. One pole contact is formed above a washer (15).
