PURPOSE: An intake heating and cooling device without catalyst using nitrogen gas is provided to cool a room by building a dual case, injecting nitrogen gas into the case, and cooling the case. CONSTITUTION: In an intake heating and cooling device without catalyst using nitrogen gas, a dual case is built, and exothermic and endoergic reaction reagent are injected into a nuclear reactor and a rotor sinker at room temperature. The exothermic and the endoergic reaction reagent are injected in the vacuum condition of the case. If the package of the case is made of copper in a vacuum condition, the aluminum material is used in the room temperature. If the package of the case is made of aluminum in a vacuum condition, the copper material is used in the room temperature. Since the aluminum and the copper is not the homology and cannot be welded, aluminum and copper are reacted to each other.
