FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: procedures are described to support emergency calls VoIP, which may be used for various networks 3GPP and 3GPP2, various architectures for detection of location and various types of user equipment (UE). UE communicates with visited network to send a request for establishment of emergency call VoIP. UE interacts with server of location detection, prescribed by visited network, to produce the first assessment of position for UE. UE establishes call via visited network in order to create emergency call VoIP with public safety point (PSAP), which may be selected on the basis of initial assessment of position.
