PURPOSE: An SDR(Software Defined Radio) terminal device and a reconfiguration method of the SDR terminal device are provided to accomplish light weight of a software and reduce time to be required to the service mode change. CONSTITUTION: A hardware module(100) includes a programmable first hardware module, the second hardware module and a memory including at least one radio access application(175). A software module(150) includes a reconfiguration core framework(165) performing a service mode change by using the radio access application. In case the service mode change is generated, the radio access application is installed corresponding to a wireless access mode in one among the first hardware module and the second hardware module.
