<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for forming a hard coat layer capable of obtaining a hard coat layer, which has sufficient hardness, prevents occurrence of curls or folds caused by shrinkage during curing and is excellent in scratch resistance, and to provide a hard coat film. <P>SOLUTION: The hard coat layer 12 is formed by using the following composition for forming a hard coat layer on at least one surface of a transparent plastic film substrate 11. The composition contains a curable compound as a component (A) having at least one of an acrylate group and a methacrylate group, inorganic oxide particles as a component (B) the surfaces of which are modified with an organic compound having a polymerizable unsaturated group, and a reactive silicone as a component (C) containing a compound expressed by general formula (1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
