<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust-preventive cap for a plug, which can scrape off dust attached to the seal face of the plug automatically only by being attached to the plug. <P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical guide member 22 is fitted in and fixed inside a cap body 21. A brush member 23 is provided movably in a direction of the axis line of the guide member 22 and rotatably inside the guide member 22. The brush member 23 is biased to the end side of the brush member 23 by a coil spring 24. A rotating means 3 rotating the brush member 23 by accompanying the movement is provided between the guide member 22 and the brush member 23. When the plug 12 is inserted into a cap body 21 up to the predetermined position, a slide contact surface 23c running against the seal face 12b of the plug 12 is formed on the end surface of the brush member 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
