<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool management system that is easily added to a complicated control device capable of properly using a tool such as a wrench even by a person, who does not have technical knowledge about a product, and can display desired instruction information. <P>SOLUTION: The tool management system includes a plurality of substations interconnected by a common data signal line. The substations have an information displaying means about tools to be controlled, a sensor for detecting the tools to be controlled, and a determination device for output of a signal to the information displaying means. Further, the determination device stores a plurality of processing processes about the information displaying means.
