PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit driving support information by tactile provocation given to a crew without weighting a driving load. SOLUTION: A driving support apparatus includes a controller 10 for executing: a traveling state acquisition function for acquiring a traveling state including the traveling spot and vehicle speed of a vehicle in a prescribed timing; a future traveling location calculation function for calculating the degree of distancing between a vehicle and the virtual gazing point of the crew of the vehicle on the basis of the traveling state of the vehicle by referring to a traveling environment in which each spot is preassociated with the environment of a travel path, and for calculating the future traveling location of the vehicle in a prescribed distancing region including the degree of distancing; a derived quantity calculation function for acquiring an ideal traveling location when a vehicle is traveling at the future traveling location by referring to the traveling environment, and for calculating the derived quantity of the vehicle on the basis of the deviation of the future traveling location to the ideal traveling location; and an information transmission function for giving driving support information including tactile provocation corresponding to the calculated derived quantity to the crew.
