<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC tag capable of surely preventing a short circuit of an enlarged electrode of an IC chip and an antenna. <P>SOLUTION: The IC tag includes: an antenna sheet in which a coil-shaped antenna and a flat antenna terminal are laminated on the mating face side of a sheet-shaped substrate; a strap in which an IC chip is mounted, and a flat enlarged electrode of the IC chip is mounted to the mating face side of a strip-shaped substrate, and which is superposed on the antenna sheet; and an adhesive layer which is filled between the antenna sheet and the strap. In the IC tag, the strap crosses the coil-shaped antenna, and the enlarged electrode matches the antenna terminal. A protrusion projecting toward the mating face side is formed in the antenna terminal region of the antenna sheet or the enlarged electrode region of the strap, and the antenna terminal directly contacts with the enlarged electrode at the protrusion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
