PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing new fine particles. SOLUTION: The method for producing the fine particles includes: a step S10 of preparing a polymer solution by dissolving a hydrophobic biodegradable polymer in a hydrophobic organic solvent; a step S20 of preparing a raw material solution by adding apatite powder to the polymer solution; a step S30 of preparing an emulsion by adding the raw material solution to an aqueous surfactant solution to which an inorganic salt has been added and stirring the solutions; and a step S40 of separating and taking out fine particles containing the biodegradable polymer dispersed in the emulsion.
