PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device allowing a toilet seat or toilet lid made of a hard material such as urea resin to be attached to/detached from a casing. SOLUTION: The toilet seat device includes: the casing set on a toilet bowl and having a hinge pin; an opening/closing member for at least one of the toilet seat and toilet lid turnably attached to the casing via the hinge pin; and a restraining metal fitting for preventing the opening/closing member from being loosened from the hinge pin. The opening/closing member has a groove into which one end of the restraining metal fitting can be inserted.
