PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum packaging bag capable of retaining the quality of contents even under severe conditions, and maintaining its appearances. SOLUTION: The vacuum packaging bag is formed by using a laminate including a substrate and a gas barrier layer. The gas barrier layer is composed of a composition comprising a hydrolytic condensation product of at least one of a compound (L) containing a hydrolyzable characteristic group and a polymer (X) containing a carboxy group and/or a carboxylic anhydride group. At least a part of -COO- groups of the polymer (X) is neutralized and/or reacted by a compound (P) containing two or more amino groups. At least a part of -COO- groups of the polymer (X) is neutralized by a metal ion having the valency of not lower than two. The ratio [equivalent of amino group contained in the compound (P)]/[equivalent of -COO- group in the polymer (X)] is in a range of 0.2/100 to 20.0/100. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
