PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for receiving content that reduces a delay when changing to other content. SOLUTION: A method for a client device to receive content includes: a step of sending a request for the content; and a step of receiving data of the content starting at a given time position of the content to be carried in a data stream from a first device, in response to the request and receiving data of the content corresponding to a time position prior to the given time position of the content, from at least one second device.
