PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus performing high speed differential pressure measurement with low current consumption without significantly increasing the cost. SOLUTION: In the measuring apparatus, a first A/D converter 5A and second A/D converter 5B are provided. An analog signal A1 from a differential pressure sensor 1 is continuously received by the first A/D converter 5A and converted into a digital signal D1. An analog signal A2 from a static pressure sensor 2 and an analog signal A3 from a temperature sensor 3 are sent to a multiplexer 4A. The analog signals A2, A3 switched and output by the multiplexer 4A are sent to the second A/D converter 5B and converted into digital signals D2, D3. A processor 6A samples the digital signal D1 from the A/D converter 5A at a first cycle T1 (short cycle), and samples the digital signals D2, D3 from the A/D converter 5B at a second cycle T2 (long cycle). Thus, a high speed differential pressure measurement is performed by speeding up the sampling cycle of the digital signal D1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
