<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch device reducing the radial load or the bending moment generated in a rotating shaft of a motor device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the clutch device 100, the power transmission of a pretreatment driving pulley 71 and a pretreatment input pulley 72 is connected by imparting tension to a pretreatment driving belt 73 through a tension imparting part 60 moved and driven by a motor unit 50. A long hole 55b is formed to penetrate a bracket 55 for supporting the motor unit 50, and a turning arm 53 connected to the turning shaft 50a of the motor unit 50 and a first spring arm 65 are connected through the long hole 55b, and thereby, the turning arm 53 is provided adjacently to the motor unit 50 side of the bracket 55. Even when a force is applied from the first spring arm 65, the turning arm 53 abuts on the bracket 55 and is supported, and the radial load or the bending moment generated on the rotating shaft 50a can be reduced.
