PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transdermally absorbable patch inhibiting the temporal change of self-adhesive characteristics, and exhibiting excellent long-lasting sustained release properties of a medicament. SOLUTION: The transdermally absorbable patch 1 is used by being stuck to the skin, and has a sheet-shaped supporting base material 11, and a self-adhesive layer 12 formed on one surface side of the supporting base material 11 and containing nicotine and a self-adhesive. The self-adhesive is a copolymer of a monomer composition containing an acrylic monomer free from a hydroxy group and a carboxy group, a vinyl monomer having a lactam ring and a monomer having a plurality of polymerizable unsaturated groups.
