<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope protective cover slip preventive means and an endoscope set equipped with it, wherein this means fixes the endoscope protective cover in an appropriate position relative to the endoscope without damaging the endoscope or protective cover. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The body 11 of an endoscope protective cover slip preventive means 10 for fixing a protective cover 25 in non-slip conditions relative to an endoscope 20 includes a base part 16, an engaging piece 17 and an engaged piece 18 both pieces extending from both the ends of base part 16 and then bending upward from the base part 16 for the connection of their leading ends together. An insertion hole 13 is opened at the border between the base part 16 and the engaging piece 17, while another insertion hole 12 is at the border between the base part 16 and the engaged piece 18. A push-down part 15 is provided on the undersurface of engaging piece 17, while a convex part 14 is on the surface of the base part 16. The endoscope 20 covered with the protective cover 25 is inserted through the insertion holes 12 and 13 so that the endoscope 20 can be pressed with the pushdown part 15 against the convex part 14.
