<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat generating device, a warm air boiler device, a warm water boiler device and a steam boiler device capable of suppressing fuel consumption by enhancing efficiency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The warm air boiler device 1 dissipates combustion heat generated in a combustion chamber 32 by a heat exchanger 33 to make air in a heat exchange chamber H warm. Then, the warm air boiler device emits exhaust gas from an air exhaust chamber 34 to the atmosphere via an air exhaust duct 8 and sends the warm air in the heat exchange chamber H from a warm air delivery chamber 35 to a plastic greenhouse via a warm air duct 8 by an air blower 4. In the warm air boiler device 1, an electric heater 5 for heating air in the heat exchange chamber H is provided in a position immediately below the air blower 4 which is the downwind side of the air blower 4.
