<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that such hair growth methods generally performed as using a hair tonic, massaging or washing the scalp, and the like, act on blood vessels indirectly, not directly, thereby failing to making the scalp immune from mental stress. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Applying pressure to a user's head with this instrument brings about blood saturation in the scalp, directly sending blood up to capillaries.
