PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching component that facilitates attaching an optical component to a printed circuit board, and to provide an electronic apparatus with the same. SOLUTION: The attaching component 1 includes a base 10 having a through-hole 14 through which a lead of the optical component can pass and a plurality of holding pieces 21 to 23 which are arranged on the base 10, which confront each other and hold the optical component across a housing by elastic restoration force. The optical component can easily be attached to the attaching component 1 by inserting the optical component between a plurality of the holding pieces 21 to 23 against elastic restoration force of the holding pieces 21 to 23.
