The invention relates to means of measuring equipment for development of high-accuracy measuring devices for grain humidity and other bulk materials. Method for excess measurements of humidity of grain and other bulk materials is in leveling values of electric capacities of the first and the second humidity sensors without presence of grain or other bulk material samples at temperature and humidify of environment, transformation to frequency fof electric signal of electric capacity of the first or second sensor without presence of grain or other bilk material samples, measurement and storage of value of frequency obtained, change of values of electric capacities through including to first and second humidity sensors of samples of uniform and similar grain or other bulk materials, respectively, unknown by value humidity, set volume and at different temperatures, with transformation with alternation to frequency of electric signal of electric capacity of the first and the second humidity sensors, measurement of frequencies of electric signals, storing those with following determination of humidity of grain under investigation of other bilk material by known equation for measurement. One measures and stores temperatures of the first (T) and second (T) sensors with grain or other bulk material samples with unknown and normalized by value humidity, with stabilization of temperature of the second sensor to pre-set value, for instance to T=T=20 °C, at which preparation of sample with normalized by value humidity W, at time instant of equality of those temperatures at {T}={T}, with measurement and storage of frequency value fof electric signal, after transformation of electric capacities of the first and the second sensor of grain humidity or other bulk materials with given volume to frequencies fand fwith storage of values obtained. Additionally one transfers to frequency fof electric signal total electric capacity of the first and the second humidity sensors with measurement and storage of frequency value obtained, on value of humidity of grain sample under investigation or other bulk materials at temperature of environment T=T, one makes conclusion by equation of excess measurements, one determines real value of humidity of grain sample under investigation or other bulk materials with respect to pre-set level of stabilized by value temperature. Technical result: method for excess measurements of humidity of grain and other bulk materials provides increase of accuracy of measurements. |
