Method for control of progression of cardiac insufficiency caused by ischemic cardiac disease and insular diabetes of 2-nd type at which as additional prediction criteria one determines and evaluates in blood serum activity of chymase and its inhibitor α-2-macroglobulin (α-2-MG) and if compared to control activity of chymase increases not less than 1,5 times and α-2-Mis decreased not less than 4.5 times it makes evidence of activation of independent from angiotensine-transforming ferment pathways of formation of peptide of angiotensine II, development of vasoconstriction and as result progress of cardiac insufficiency at insular diabetes of 2-nd type.
