Agent (Q) comprises (a) at least one amphiphilic, cationic polymer having at least one pyrrolidin-2-one structural unit (I), azepan-2-one structural unit (II), or nitrogen containing structural unit (III) or (IV); and (b) at least one film-forming cationic and/or stabilizing cationic polymer, in a carrier.
