The brush (13) is connected with a container (1) filled with liquid (3) i.e. paint, where the brush is connected with the container such that the liquid arrives from the container to the brush. An air pump (2) produces air pressure in the container such that flow of the liquid from the container to the brush and withdrawal of the liquid from the brush is enabled, where the brush is connected with the container by a tube (4). A pressure control valve (5) is provided in the brush for regulating the withdrawal of the liquid from the brush.
