<p>A touch panel (10) is structured such that the panel has first and second metallic resistive thin films (movable side transparent electrode (12), stationary side transparent electrode (13)) formed respectively on the opposing faces of two layers of film or of glass (movable side glass (11), stationary side glass (14)) which are arranged opposing one another across a prescribed space; and by enabling the input/output of a prescribed high-frequency signal to/from the movable side transparent electrode (12) and connecting a ground which is required for detection of the location being operated on the touch panel (10) via an inductive circuit of coils (L3), (L4) and the like, the radio waves which are input/output to/from the movable side transparent electrode (12) are not grounded in a high-frequency manner.</p> |
