Disclosed is a medical image display device that displays luminal internal organs of a subject as a developing image, allowing an operator to easily determine whether or not a display of a region of the developing image that is being examined is accurate. The medical image display device comprises a developing image creation means, which creates the developing image of the luminal internal organs of the subject, a display means, which displays the developing image, a false image probability computation means, which computes the probability of a position upon the developing image being false thereupon, and a control means that associates the false image probability with the developing image and displays the false image probability. The medical image display device further comprises a developing image creation means, which creates the developing image of the luminal internal organs of the subject, a display means, which displays the developing image, a false image probability computation means, which computes the probability of a position upon the developing image being false thereupon, and a control means that displays the developing image based on the false image probability.
