PURPOSE: A balloon structure capable of generating power using the rotation force of wind is provided to rotate a rotating vane and generate power by fixing multiple rotating vanes on a coupling body. CONSTITUTION: A balloon structure capable of generating power using the rotation force of wind comprises a balloon(30) and a rotating vane(300). The balloon is filled with gas which has lower specific gravity. The rotating vane comprises a central shaft(90) and a coupling(200) combined with the lower end of the balloon. The rotating vane is combined with the coupling and generates rotation force with wind. The shape and the number of the blade of the rotating vanes are changed according to the resistivity of the wind. An air flow sensor for measuring the strength of the wind is added to the coupling. |
