PURPOSE: A producing method of an environment-friendly paint composition using volcanic rocks is provided to secure the antifungal function without adding a volatile organic compound to the paint composition. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an environment-friendly paint composition using volcanic rocks comprises the following steps: supplying paint components formed with 20~25wt% of titanium oxide, 24~28wt% of silicate, 12~16wt% of vinyl acrylic resin, water, and 35~40wt% of water, a surfactant, and a defoamer; obtaining a volcanic rock extract by mixing a mixture formed by mixing 320~370 mesh of volcanic rock powder and volcanic rocks, with water in a ratio of 40:50; obtaining the volcanic rock powder with 50~350 mesh; and mixing the paint components, the volcanic rock extract, and the volcanic rock powder. |
