PURPOSE: A rotating cultivation device is provided to easily mount and remove a shelf in which a seedling plate is put without installation of a support rod, and to easily transfer and manufacture components through a fixed body. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of rotating ring(34) and a rotating disk(36) are installed in a longitudinal direction of a rotating shaft(32). A rotating body(30) is connected to the columnar of the rotating disc. When the rotating body is driven, a shelf(60) is moved and rotated. A rotating ring is formed to a hollow disk shape. The rotating disc is contacted with the rotating ring.
