FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to vacuum aggregate for roll material coating and can be applied in various spheres, such as production of electronic components, magnetic carriers of recorders, ornamental coatings. Aggregate includes pulverisation chamber, gun chamber, air evacuation system, gas inleakage system, cooling system, pneumatic system, electric power supply and control system, transporter device. Transporter device can be connected to/disconnected from pulverisation chamber. Transporter device carries processed material roll elevation system, and rewinding system with winding and unwinding units, cooled and non-cooled rolls. Pulverisation chamber features at least one evaporator, protective screens, system of volatile material feeding in ingot or wire form. System of electromagnetic beam declination is mounted in direct vicinity of evaporator and in gun chamber. ^ EFFECT: homogeneous application of volatile material in continuous long-term operation process, with increased use factor of volatile material. ^ 3 dwg |
