FIELD: chemistry; biochemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary microbiology and biotechnology and specifically to methods of determining genomic DNA of bacteria. Proposed method of determining genomic DNA of Pasteurella and/or P.aeruginosa bacteria involves collection of samples and analysing the biomaterial via a polymerase chain reaction simultaneously with two pairs of primers.
