FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents for processing materials for preventing dust formation. The processing dust binding composition contains an aqueous dispersion of a fluorine-containing polymer which contains 50 parts per million or less fluorine-containing emulsifying agent. Preferably, the aqueous dispersion of fluorine-containing polymer in the said composition is an aqueous dispersion containing polytetrafluoroethylene. A fluorine-containing polymer with average particle size ranging from 0.1 mcm to 0.5 mcm is preferably used. An aqueous dispersion of a fluorine-containing polymer obtained by removing fluorine-containing emulsifying agent from the polymer dispersion, prepared through polymerisation of tetrafluoroethylene using the fluorine-containing emulsifying agent, is preferably used. ^ EFFECT: invention presents low potential hazard for the environment while retaining a high degree of preventing dust formation. ^ 5 cl, 15 ex, 1 tbl |
