摘要 PURPOSE: A multi-pole gas shield arc welding method is provided to prevent the drooping of molten pool due to the gravity and improve the shape of welding bead by utilizing the cooling effect of molten pool by a filler wire. CONSTITUTION: A multi-pole gas shield arc welding method is as follows. A filler wire is provided between a preceding pole and another following pole. A flux cored wire for gas shield arc welding is used as the preceding pole and the following pole. The distance between the following pole and the preceding pole is 20~35mm. The target position of the filler wire ranges from the bottom of a standing plate(2) to the upper angle length of -2mm.
