PURPOSE: A desulfurization of gas and catalyst regeneration apparatus is provided to reduce an installation space with miniaturization of scale and manufacturing costs, while enhancing desulfurization and regeneration effectiveness by reduction of a transfer path. CONSTITUTION: A desulfurization of gas and catalyst regeneration apparatus comprises the following: a space part divided by a partition wall(12) in a desulfurization tank main body(10); a preprocessing desulfurization tank(20) performing oxidation catalysis of sulfide in an anaerobic digestion tank; a main catalyst desulfurization tank(30) discharging the sulfide to a gas discharge part(38); a reaction gas transfer pipe(40) transferring reaction gas; and a regeneration desulfurization tank(50) recirculating the reproduced catalyst.
