<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective method for squeezing fruit juice from flesh of stone fruits such as plum. <P>SOLUTION: The method for squeezing stone fruits includes filling the upper part of a pressure container with stone fruits subjected to a preprocess of removing dirt or the like, pressurizing the inside of the pressure container by steam, and storing fruit juice squeezed by a steam pressure in the lower part of the pressure container. In order to achieve the method, a squeezing apparatus is made of the pressure container and a fruit holding part held in the pressure container, and the pressure container is made of a pressure container body and a cover sealing the pressure container body, and the fruit holding part is made of a fruit filling part for filling fruits and a fruit juice storing part for storing squeezed fruit juice. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
