<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately measure the location of a mobile device. <P>SOLUTION: A positioning server 40 for measuring the location of a mobile phone 30 includes: a positioning database 41 for storing positioning data wherein first signal information concerning signals transmitted from a base station B, second signal information concerning signals transmitted from another radio signal source S, and location coordinates are associated with each other; a receiving unit 42 for receiving at least either the first signal information or the second signal information from the mobile phone 30; and a positioning unit 43 for verifying the received signal information with the positioning data stored in the database, and determining location coordinates corresponding to the signal information as the current location of the mobile phone 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
