<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of image while enabling the partial light amount adjustment of a light emitting element which constitutes an LPH. <P>SOLUTION: The image formation device 2 includes: the LPH 3 which has a light source composed of a plurality of light emitting elements arranged in the main scanning direction, an optical section composed of a plurality of joint lens for condensing irradiation light from the light emitting element and carrying out imaging on an exposure surface, and a memory unit 31 for preserving a basic correction table for correcting the light amount of the plurality of light emitting elements and data to be corrected for correcting an optical characteristic peculiar to the joint lens; and CPU 21a which reads the basic correction table and the data to be corrected from the memory unit 31 of the LPH 3 and corrects the light amount correction value of the basic correction table based on the data to be corrected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
