SYNTHETIC RESIN DOUBLE CONTAINER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a synthetic resin double container formed with a cavity between an outer layer and an inner layer using a direct blow molding technique.

SOLUTION: This direct blow mold double container is formed with a gap 13 between an outer layer 1 and an inner layer 2 made of a mutually nonadherent synthetic resin by the difference in mold shrinkage of the layer 1 and the layer 2 following direct blow molding. The layer 2 in the inside of the transparent layer 1 gives a more perspective view by the gap 13 for deeper and higher class appearance.
